It's always slow never gives you chances back if my friend wasn't from Wausau and there are no Popeye there so she loves your chicken your ghost wings are great but come on it's run poorly.

Firstly, being that I paid $32 for a fast food meal I would expect a whole lot more quality!! and better customer service .!!! Besides the fact that I had to sit in a hot drive-thru for 18 minutes (only because I was unable to leave!) Then, I start to put my order in and was asked several times if I was done ( which was incredibly rude!) then when I was finally receiving my food they forgot honey and I asked for it after sitting there for another 3 minutes being ignored , with the cars behind me honking , could I finally get my honey so I could go!. The chicken was okay but my coleslaw was disgusting !! my biscuits were hard!! Which was really sad because I was really looking forward to the biscuits !! I love coleslaw and I have never had such awful tasting, unappetizing sides . The lady was quite rude, made no attempts whatsoever to try to rectify sitting in the Drive-Thru for so long and was snippy and disrespectful several times. One of the worst experiences and fast food I've had in a long time
